I am LaDawn Hickman a certified Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach and Accountability Coach and I help women over 40 get off the hamster wheel of dieting and quick fixes to lose the weight for good so they can look good, feel even better and show up with confidence!

I created this Podcast to educate and empower women over 40 by sharing the commonly talked habits when it comes to health and wellness such as food, nutrition and exercise as well as the habits that we often overlook such as mindset habits.  I’ll be talking along with expert guests about ways to identify, stop and do a 180 on habits that are not aligned with your overall health and wellness goals and create habits that serve you.
