We cover everything from cutting weight quick, how to stay full, packing in a workout in 30 minutes or less, why a cold shower or cold anything is good, the importance of hydration, and other tips and tricks to optimize your time and energy. These are real tried-and-true hacks that personally work for us and habits we implement every day.
