Boundaries... the daring conversation. We all have been there in some way shape or form. The "it's ok" or "next time I will honour it" or "he'll change"... you know the conversation.

Every time we grey a boundary, allow people to step over it, the only person we are hurting is ourselves. It's true and the pill is a hard one to swallow. There are moments, maybe circumstances in your life where you are not honouring them. You are letting mediocre results, or scenarios drive your world. I get real about mine in this week's podcast and most of all I talk about how I am now honouring them! 😊
