Episode 018: Dare to Own it

We all go through our ups and downs. The turbulence of life I will call it. Now more than ever we are being called to own our shit. To clear out the old beliefs, the old programming and to level up. However when shit hits the fan, what do you do? Do you cower in the corner and hope it leaves, do you slide it under the rug and hope that it doesn't surface anymore? Or do you step in, own it and deal with it so you can clear it? That is what we are talking about today and the reality of how much our choices can hold us back or set us free.
