016 Dare to Level Up with Dani Reaume
We have all had some form of challenge over the last few months… or maybe even year with all this craziness happening. However most of us are being called to change paths, step into new things, honor aspects of our life that maybe we let slide before all these lockdowns and things happened.
On this week’s podcast I had the privilege of interviewing Dani Reaume. And we definitely had fun but we also talked in depth about the process of leveling up and how it’s changed.
We talked about our survival modes, losing our spark and joy, our lack of control and how we coped with this “new normal” over the last year. We also confessed how we didn’t know how to navigate and how our selfcare became this dominate conversation.
We also talk about our process for discovering this new level up, what we encountered in ourselves to make the shifts we needed to get to this moment in time of clarity and alignment.
