Episode #006 Being Called to Serve with Wendi Kohler

Sometimes we have to change gears, we have to adjust the "normal" to step into what we are being called to do. I loved interviewing Wendi on her insights when it comes to her service to the world and how she has had to step in bigger and show up more to serve at this time.

She is an essential oil expert and she really practices and teaches healthy living with oils and in pretty much all avenues of life. She is an amazing example of feeling the fear and doing it anyways and really learning to pause and take notice at this time. It takes courage to do less some days, especially with a warrior and driven heart. It's not something that I am used to or Wendi was used to but it's something that we needed and you might too. Sometimes doing more is not the answer, it's making more impact with less and doing less that is the key.

Truth – Finding it in your life

Pandemic vs. Plandemic Yep I decided to talk about it. It's in the facet of Dare to Be More, because it's about seeking truth. It's about asking questions that are daring ones, the ones that you might not want to know the answers to but you know you need to ask.

This whole Covid controversial conversation is only going to get stronger as things start to really be revealed. So the message on today's podcast really is that Dare to ask the questions you need to, to seek truth in your life. Dare to step in and voice what you are seeing and feeling and what your position is, even if you risk losing friends (because really if they were your real friend, vaccine or not, you would still be friends). It's not a time in your life for you to sit ideally by if you are being called into a position to discuss, share, speak out about or even just question.

Following your heart and that whisper isn't all that easy. It will take strength and great resolve, no matter what the position is, especially if you are battling 100 year old systems and controversial conversation. But really the truth is daring us to me more, are you up for it?

#002 Adventuring as a single woman in the world

Of course we are going through a crisis right now and dating is kind of been put on hold, while the physical dating side, of course we can connect through other means, but life is changed a bit. In this episode I talk about some stories about stepping into dating, having the courage to embrace singledom and try new things. I even tell you about a story about me flying out to New York for the weekend to meet a guy and about my ex and what I've learned through that whole experience. I talk about some tips for courage and I reflect on who I used to be in relationships and what's changed. Where the nervous feelings come in... on the other side is greatness. For a single person out there right now, take a listen, guaranteed you will laugh at me... because I am still laughing at me!

#001: Dare to Be More – Being Your Amazing Self and Being Real

In this episode I talk about my childhood, growing up and my thought process of all. How I would always wear masks to be "things" for other people, to be liked and to pretend to be something I wasn't. For a long time that is what life was like for me. Until about 10 years ago, where I went on a journey of self discovery. I started to ask the big question "Who am I really?" You know that question. I am sure you have asked it to yourself on more than one occasion : ) Through this, I was able to start to discover "Colleen". I started piecing together aspects of myself.
