In 2007, he became the first Trinidadian and the first Caribbean-born, Caribbean-based photographer to be accepted into the Wedding Photojournalist Association. In 2010 he received an award for a subtle but meaningful wedding photograph. Juma is also a Creative Director at Relate Studios in Β Trinidad and Tobago. Relate is a strategic marketing and production company that helps Caribbean businesses build long-term relationships with customers and employees using useful, video, photography, and live-streaming content. He's on LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, posting useful content about making videos, how-to videos, videos about lighting, using ring lights, and building brand identity.
Over the past 2 years he has created over 500 pieces of content including more than 400 videos and hosted over 75 episodes of his live show; The Useful Content Creation show, where he interviews content practitioners and creators from all around the world.
