Alec Chapman is a real estate investor, syndicator, and entrepreneur. He specializes in the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties in markets across the Southwest for his investors. He is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a minor in Real Estate. He has a strong passion for multifamily real estate and is an actively licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker in Arizona.

In his free time, he enjoys working out and reading as well as hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Some of his goals are to become a world-renowned real estate investor and syndicator, to claim a spot on the Sun Devil 100 top entrepreneurs, to provide scholarships to entrepreneurial students in need, and to build a long-lasting legacy through his real estate empire that will be passed down to future generations.
