Today, I'm talking with Valerie Baird about how to make friends and build community no matter where you live, what season of life you're in, or how the pandemic and shut-downs have affected you.

Valerie Baird will soon be calling Indiana home when she and her husband (Michael) move into the 100 year old farmhouse once owned by his grandparents. After four years at college across the state (it was a 6.5 hour drive), a three year stint in the Land of 10,000 Lakes (Minnesota), and another three in the Bluegrass State (Kentucky), Valerie is no stranger to packing, unpacking, and finding community somewhere new. Valerie and Michael will be joining Michale’s parents on the family farm - helping with the farming, the cattle, and all things fall during the  pumpkin patch season!
