True, sincere and genuine self - reflection is much more difficult than we'd expect. It's not uncommon to look at everything or everyone else around us and identify the activity that includes them as our successes and failures.

What would it look like to really check in with self - ask yourself if you're ok with who you are, what you do, where you are and how you take care of self.
