The real estate industry is changing rapidly. Competitive new business models & technology have changed way that agents do their job. Many are finding that it's harder than ever to make a living. I'm reminded of the words from the great personal development coach Jim Rohn: "Don't wish things were easier. Wish that you were better!" This is a powerful lesson for today's real estate agents.
