Technology has disrupted the real estate industry. Agents who do not master core technology skills, will not survive in the new business environment. You can no longer tell your clients "I'm just not that tech savvy." That intimidates a lot of agents. And yet, technology skills can be learned.

The good news is that as real estate agents, we don't need to understand how the technology works. We only need to learn how to use it. And we have already mastered using technology in lots of areas in our lives.
