My husband told me this today when I told him about a conversation I had had a few weeks ago and how I'd respond differently next time.
He said, "You waste a lot of energy on things that don't matter."
It gave me pause and I wondered is this just a me thing —which I don't think it is or do a lot of us do that? That is the focus on this five and half minute minisode along with a way we can switch gears and a healing tip to stop overthinking.
