I finally did it! After 2 years of WANTING to buy a home, I did the dang thing. How is this possible on one person's income, at 24 years old? I didn't feel qualified to be a homeowner but here's the thing, none of us are going to be completely ready. Ready is a lie. You need to take risks every once and a while and this one was 100% worth every risk taken. There is definitely a preparation season.
