Sonder: The awareness that everyone has a story – that all the random passersby you see around you have an emotional life just as rich as yours, even though to you they’re just an extra in the background.  There is an incredible amount of impact that comes from learning about someone's story.  Just getting to know them.  I interviewed someone that has an incredible gift for helping people tell their stories in a meaningful way, queue Skinnyphish.
