The amount of "rules" floating around out there telling us how to live our lives, be a mom, handle our fitness, contribute to the world, tend to our households, etc etc is unreal.

And I'd like to blow that sh*t right up.

Hint: there are no rules.  The only "requirement" in this life is to be authentically, unapologetically YOU.
