Welcome back to the new season of The Hidden Voice Podcast!

It's been almost one year since the last episode, so I want to bring you up to speed to where I am right now, and what I'm going to cover in the following weeks on this show.

I have gone through a huge process of change and transformation, of building and destroying over these last months. From travelling to Australia and experiencing a mushroom and cacao journey, to letting go of my coaching business, going to university and starting a new relationship, l learned many new lessons and deepened the understanding of my own self along the way. And I want to share these lessons with you.

Coming back into this podcast space is about reintegrating, reinventing and bringing myself back online as the woman that I am right now, because I am very different to how I was even a year ago. But the beauty of transformation and growth is that we are constantly shifting.
