Welcome back to the new season of The Hidden Voice Podcast!
It's been almost one year since the last episode, so I want to bring you up to speed to where I am right now, and what I'm going to cover in the following weeks on this show.
I have gone through a huge process of change and transformation, of building and destroying over these last months. From travelling to Australia and experiencing a mushroom and cacao journey, to letting go of my coaching business, going to university and starting a new relationship, l learned many new lessons and deepened the understanding of my own self along the way. And I want to share these lessons with you.
Coming back into this podcast space is about reintegrating, reinventing and bringing myself back online as the woman that I am right now, because I am very different to how I was even a year ago. But the beauty of transformation and growth is that we are constantly shifting.
So tune in and join me in the new season of this show, and let's uncover the new sound of our hidden voice.

Today I am in conversation with Alix Hubble. Alix is a woman's health and fitness coach and a podcaster. She works with women who want to grow in confidence, and increase their fitness and energy as they transition into perimenopause and menopause. In this episode, Alix shares some of her personal story, her wisdom and great insights into how you can begin to make friends with your body during this phase in life.
What You’ll Discover:
The more you know about the perimenopause, and the more positive attitude you have, the better time you're going to have in that life phase. As Alix teaches us, it can be an incredibly informative time if you pay attention and if you are more accepting of yourself.
As I am now heading into the summer holidays with my children, this is where this season ends. I'll be back in autumn with a very exciting project to share with you, along with a series of brand new conversations on this show.

This week's episode is about feminine and masculine energy, and how finding a balance between the two within our psyche could be the key to creating balance and harmony within ourselves.
Danielle also touches on the elements of fire, earth, air and water within the zodiac. We'll be using my chart as an example to speak how the elements placed within our chart will impact the way the masculine and feminine energy can show up within us, whether consciously or unconsciously, and how we can begin to identify how that is playing out within our lives.
What You’ll Discover:
We're here to truly accept, see and love ourselves for who we are, not who we think we should be. That is our authenticity. Our true self is our gift to the world.

Today we are talking about claiming the wild woman archetype within ourselves, and I'm going to share with you my personal story of embodying my inner wild woman.
We are also going to hear from Danielle the story of Circe, a powerful healer, and how it connects with today's topic of the original wild woman.
What You’ll Discover:
Once we begin to see that we are all things, we will have the capacity to experience life in full colour, without wandering around as a half, a quarter, or a tiny sliver of a version of ourselves.

Today I am talking to my friend and co-creator, Rebecca Randal. Rebecca and I are working on a space of facilitation for women who are in the postpartum period. We want to create an environment where women can come and be held and seen through this next rite of passage. Rebecca is deeply passionate about supporting women through their postpartum period, and I will be bringing in my expertise through the lens of human design and parenting, and showing up as your authentic self.
In this episode, Rebecca shares her insights and wisdom on creative work. Rebecca is a freelancer, she works in the creative tech industry, and as a projector in human design.
What You’ll Discover:
We do not have control over how other people perceive us. It is purely based on their own perception of self. Your value system may be different to other people's, but that's what is needed, because we benefit from each other's gifts.

In this week's episode, I am delving into the beginning of my exploration of shadow work and the importance of addressing the unconscious aspects of ourselves.
Danielle, our resident astrologist and trauma counselor, is telling us the story of Minos and the Minotaur and the importance of addressing the shadow. She's also going to be touching on Taurus and Scorpio as we are moving into Taurus season.

On today’s episode, I’m beginning the conversation around menstrual shame and a person's experience of menarche. Menarche is the first period, and it represents one of the most significant moments in a woman's life and an incredible rite of passage. It marks the beginning of the life-death lifecycle within female body, and I believe that, in order to support the generations to come, it is our responsibility to heal the period wound and the body shame, and reclaim our power as creators.
Before we get into the episode, we are going to hear some beautiful astrological and cosmological wisdom from Danielle, who is sharing the story of goddess Lilith. You will learn how this story relates to the theme of menstrual shame, of reclaiming your feminine power and your sexuality, and of stepping into full embodiment.

Today, I am deeply grateful to my guest Hannah and her incredible bravery for coming onto the podcast. Hannah works in the sex industry, and she is sharing her experiences and her insights on the reactions and projections of the people within her life on her job. We also discuss how she has navigated her own personal journey of self-exploration, self-liberation, and healing certain aspects of herself. Hannah’s intention is to shine a light on sex work in order to begin to destigmatise sex work, sexual liberation, and to end sex trafficking.
Before we get into the episode, we are going to hear a brief conversation between myself and astrologer Danielle on how sex has been pushed into the shadows in our society, and how we then may see it popping up and festering in sex trafficking and sexual abuse. I hope that you can go into this important conversation with an open mind and you come out on the other side with an understanding that you perhaps did not have before.

My amazing guest today is Cora Darlington, a life architect, burnout specialist and a dear friend of mine. We're discussing envy - how it can show up within friendships or within the workspace; how, when left unchecked, envy can begin to eat away at us from the inside; and how, if we go into it and explore what envy is showing us, we can reveal something about ourselves that we did not know. Especially when it comes to friendships, we want to speak to the importance of having a complete transparency and honesty with our friends.
Before we get into the episode with Cora, we're going to hear a brief snippet of a conversation between myself and astrologer Danielle about envy, and how we can begin to transmute and move through that uncomfortable feeling.

My guest in this episode is Travis Day, a 1/3 Projector and the first person to read my Human Design chart. Understanding our Human Design chart helps us to really learn to love ourselves both when we're at rock bottom and when we're flying high. It helps us understand how our ego shows up depending on our aura type, and how the people around us may react to the energy that we hold. So this beautiful conversation is about how Travis learned to love himself for who he truly is and began to decondition from the ideas about who he should be and how productive he should be.
To learn more about Human Design, tune into this episode and check out the show notes section, where you’ll find some more information about how you can get your own Human Design chart reading.
We are also going to hear a brief snippet of a conversation between myself and astrologer Danielle about how the movement of the planets influences our feeling of self-worth.
