As we get closer to 2022, you're probably wondering if you should still be doing the same thing in your business next year that you were doing last year...
If you're not feeling inspired about the content you're providing anymore, you're not fulfilled and your niche is no longer fun to you, this yes, it's time for a pivot!
In this week's episode of The Scaling To Business Success Podcast, I'm going to talk all about pivoting in your business, and how it can be an easy process IF you do it strategically and do it correctly.
Over the years, I've been known as the "YouTube girl." Since 2016, I started to brand myself in that way. But as I've gotten older, my passions have changed and so have my values for my business. The things that were important to me in my business were no longer important.
The pivoting process can be crazy at times because you don't want to lose your audience, especially if it's something that you've built over the years. But it's a part of the process! Everything will work out fine once you start doing the thing that makes you happy and excites you!
Take a listen to this week's episode and send me a screenshot to my Instagram (@symoneredmond) and let me know what you think!
