Gina Watts is the Executive Director of Vineyard Community Center and Co-Director of Missions Ministry at Vineyard Columbus. She also serves as the Director of the Youth and Family Division for the John Maxwell Team. Prior to relocating to Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Watts served for 10 years as a full-time faculty member and administrator at a campus of Penn State University in Pennsylvania. In her various professional and volunteer roles, Gina has primarily focused her time on equipping youth to lead, developing community empowerment programs, and actively fighting social injustice. Gina’s proudest roles are that of wife to Eric Sr. and mother to Christian and Eric Jr.
