Christine Askew is an expert in neuroscience, mindfulness and schema therapy who helps her clients to become more emotionally resilient. 

She works with clients to identify and change unhelpful patterns that were created in childhood – known as schemas – that are impacting their psychological and emotional well-being and affecting their relationships.
