Today's Podcast is with Ultra Marathon athlete Mario Ciccarelo! Mario just completed the Spartan Ultra in Killington Vermont.  It is a 30+ mile obstacle course race on the unforgiving and brutal, Mount Killington.  We talk about his crazy journey in this race, insane weather conditions, and why and how he stays so hungry to make himself better through pushing his limits.  This guy inspires me every time we get together.  I hope you all enjoy the show!
