Oh hey friends,
We're living through extremely uncertain and unprecedented times so it's easy for our minds to go into overdrive. This episode is a very candid conversation on how important it is to surrender during this time.
The misconception around surrender is that when we do, it means we're "giving up" quite the opposite actually. You're surrendering to what you cannot control and being active on what you can control - active surrender. You're not just sitting around waiting, you're doing what you can to fill your cup.
Also a little message to the mamas out here, please give yourself some grace and breathe. You and your little (or big) babes will be in such a better place if you take the pressure off. Create structure without stressing about being on top of everything. You are doing the best you can.
