She failed the master level exam by 9 points the first time. She gave up and decided to get a master’s degree in HR. However, was introduced to founder Shara Ruffin, LCSW through a friend and started to join the study groups and received a lot of support from her. She accredits the study group to be an ‘essential part of her study process’ and the reason why she passed her master level social work license.
