If you would have asked me to speak on this subject six years ago, I would have had ZERO words for you. I was the type of person who went to the gym and wandered around, doing the occasional machine or jumping on the treadmill. There was no method to the madness ya'll. I was moving, which was great. But then I would go home and warm up a frozen corn dog and call that dinner.
I didn't really have an influence growing up that taught me the importance of health and nutrition. But in today's world, there are PLENTY.
