I will be honest with you, I kept myself so busy that I had no time to listen to any messages that my guides sent me. It actually wasn't until I had a reading and told that my ears were blocked from hearing my guides that I took notice. Seriously, here we are...with our own spiritual team - and we all have one!   The information about my ears being blocked got my attention - once it was brought to my attention, it didn't take long to clear that blockage. The weird part was that my ears felt like I was in an airplane - ears popping and everything. Now, I have to remind myself to slow down and take a few deep breaths...and listen. Once my ears were unblocked, I was able to get some amazing messages.   They have lots to say and from now on, I will listen. To do that I need to learn to slow down. I am constantly doing something - although I do meditate in the mornings - I call that my quiet time. The rest of the day, I am usually go - go - go. As I say this, they are telling me that all that will change. I will be honest with you, I am new to this listening thing - however, I am determined to open myself up to receive any messages they have for me.   For you to hear your guides, the first thing you need to do is BELIEVE. Our believe system is very strong and until it believes you can do something - you won't be doing it. So...BELIEVE you have a team of guides and angels and then, the next thing would be to TRUST. Trust the information coming to you - is what you need to hear in this moment.   You can use crystals to help you out if you like - although they are totally not necessary! Amethyst is a great one for its intuitive properites. Meditate with it - you can even put it on your third eye chakra - which is on your forehead - between your eyes.   A very powerful way to connect with your guides is by keeping a journal. Write down all your feelings, sensations, messages or even your gut feelings in this journal. It is an awesome way to keep track of what messages you are receiving. I love to go back and look over my notes - sometimes you are able to confirm a message you received with what is going on internally.   I would love to hear from you!
