Breastfeeding can be a challenging and overwhelming experience for many women, but you don't have to go it alone! It is important for new and expecting mothers to know that support and resources are available to them. In this episode I share my conversation with the woman who had the biggest impact on my breastfeeding success. 

Mara Lubic is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and the owner of Mountain Lactation Services. With over twelve years of experience, Mara has helped numerous women, myself included, with breastfeeding, pumping, and lactation support.

She shares her personal journey of overcoming breastfeeding challenges and her passion for supporting and empowering mothers. Mara highlights the importance of addressing your baby’s physical structure, including tongue/lip/cheek ties, as they can directly impact breastfeeding success. She offers practical advice and resources for women seeking lactation support, including finding the right lactation consultant and understanding the benefits of bodywork. 

Mara's focus is on creating a supportive network to help mothers meet their feeding goals, whatever that may be. 

Her services are available through telehealth consultations and in-person visits, providing personalized support and education for breastfeeding mothers.
