The concept of Self-Sabotage is a rare term we don't usually recognize in our daily lives. We don't often know whether we are behaving sabotaging way toward our goals or on our journey to enhancing our mindset. An individual behaviour may be negatively impacted whenever you're long-term goals are interfered with by negative habits and triggers that relate to self-sabotage such as; procrastination, perfectionism, and gaslighting yourself.
