This holiday season is different for all of us in some capacity. Traditions have had to shift and some of us are celebrating alone when we normally would be surrounded with family and friends.  If you're a single momma whose children are with your ex for any part of this holiday season,  and COVID has caused you to distance yourself from family and friends that you normally would be with, it's hard and emotional, no doubt. But instead of staying in that space that doesn't serve us, in this episode Lauren talks about ways in which she navigates through these emotions and finds meaning in the alone time.
