016 // Facebooked Out? Me Too! Why I’ve Left Social Media and Don’t Plan on Returning Anytime Soon (The Rebel Series: Part 2)
"I'm Facebooked Out." This is a phrase I've heard numerous times in the past several months - from myself and others.
A lot of us are feeling the burn, right? Tired of the overwhelm. Constantly fighting the algorithms. A Facebook Group for everything! Getting sucked into ours feed only to emerge hours later feeling inadequate, jealous, and frustrated. Not to mention downright lonely, unconnected, and unsatisfied.
So in today's episode, I put a massive spotlight on this big old elephant in the room! I share how I walked away from social media in late April and, five months later, have absolutely no desire to return.
What I've gained in my life because of that bold decision has been, well, my life!
Let's have an honest conversation about social media and what it's *really* doing for our lives and businesses.
