Change comes with resistance. In this episode, I discuss the steps I've taken and still taking to think before I do. I forgot to add, that thinking before an action doesn't guarantee that there wouldn't be bad decisions or that we wouldn't have regrets about an action or decision. Thinking is however, a way to make 'better' decisions not 'perfect' decisions. I hope you found this helpful and are able to implement it in your life.
