Jon Sanchez is the founder and CEO of Team Performance Institute ("TPI"), a business leadership and coaching firm. Jon currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife and three children. Prior to founding TPI, Jon spent 6 years serving in the Navy operating as a platoon commander for SEAL Team Three, leading multiple exercises and covert operations in the Middle East and Africa. He was chosen as one of five men to represent the U.S. in the Military Olympics, bringing home gold medals in the Navy Pentathlon from Italy and Pakistan.
