It's me, hi, I'm the problem, it's me.

First solo ep in a whileee and it feels so good to be back chatting with you all. This week I'm sharing my thoughts about unhappiness, how often the only thing getting in your way is you and how our emotions are indicators of how much we're aligning with our values and goals. I think it's so interesting to think about how we can use unhappiness or negative experiences to our advantage - to see it as a learning curve or a sign that we need to switch things up.
