We go into situations with such conviction and determination that our idea and one approach will work the best, always!

Yet, we get caught up in the minutia of life, forget things (and life) change and (not so) suddenly are shocked when the process and system within our home fail. Of course, the last step of the domino affect is our realization that change is needed.
