She began modeling at age 13 and maintained a successful professional life as a teenager. But, behind the scenes, her personal life was a wreck. She chose an abortion at 18 to maintain her career, but gave birth to a daughter at age 19. As she says, "I never went to college. But I got my Master's education in unconditional love through 3 1/2 years of single motherhood."
