Every Monday, I offer a complimentary 10-15 minuted guided Jin Shin Jyutsu meditations via zoom. I started during the pandemic when people needed tools to manage their anxiety. 

As a yoga instructor, a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and a person prone to anxiety, I have thousands of tools that have helped me.
