I absolutely love working with energy, I have been witness to its magical healing abilities and am blessed to have felt an amazing difference in my life. You have heard me say this before...everything is energy.   The words you speak are energy. The thoughts you think are energy. The chair you are sitting in is energy. The tree in the yard is energy.   You get the idea...every single thing is energy. WE are energy. We have so much power within us - we can actually light up a flash light! Seriously! A 15 year old young lady invented a flashlight that is powered by simply holding it!   What I would like to teach you today is how to harness the power within you and actually FEEL the energy you have! Are you ready to get started? 1. rub your hands together 2. holding your palms close together - feel the heat 3. move your hands out and back in again - as if you are making a snow ball 4. focus on sending the thought of I LOVE YOU into the energy ball 5. think of someone that you would like to send this ball of energy to and simply ask the ball to go to that person. 6. Now focus on a golden light above you and fill your body with golden light   I hope you found this to be a very powerful play time with energy. THIS is how you FEEL the energy and direct the flow of the energy. You can send the ball of energy into your own body or like we have done - to someone else.
