We don’t always want to make a change, it is uncomfortable & scary but change will not come if we wait for some other time. 

I took the leap and quit my teaching job to start my own business because during a call my coach & mentor asked me “If not now then when?” 

You can use the phrase for all sorts of decisions, big or small!
