This book is a collection of women's healing journeys from a variety of toxic relationships, as well as professional guidance for identifying unhealthy relationship patterns and strategies to help you begin and continue your healing journey.

All proceeds go to the Heartly House in Frederick, Maryland. Their mission is to provide free comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, and child abuse.
