Kristel and I talked about how being set in the world's ways of doing things can really make us suffer unnecessarily, and how when we go against the grain we make an active choice in freeing ourselves and pursuing true fulfillment.  

I personally loved Kristel's example of how when we are true to ourselves and tapping into our gifts, we serve other in an impactful way because we set an example of undeniable authenticity!
