Following our most successful “How To Say I Love You in Black” podcast, we decided to have counsel with a couple of our friends Stephen Becton and Will Brown. In this podcast, we will specifically be discussing the “hard” topics that are prevalent to black men in society. As black men we’re told to hide our emotions behind our masculine persona, but why? What is preventing black men from being open and vulnerable with one another and the people closest to us? Ultimately, we aim to be vulnerable enough as black men to have these hard conversations, and discuss topics that don’t get talked about nearly enough. As conscience, in-tune and emotionally secure black men, we hope that these open discussions help our fellow brothers on their journeys to becoming secure, strong and emotionally emancipated friends, spouses, and loved ones.
