Dr. Lynette Overby shares her story of moving to an integrated school and the challenges she faced.  She explains how dance was her saving grace and then talks about the opportunities within dance for the African American community.  Lynette shares some famous African Americans who often aren't taught such as Harriet E Wilson and Dave the Potter.  Lynette is also the founder of the company sharing our legacy.
