安息是神所設立的，是自然的規律，是人生存生活的必須，同時也是神的祝福。現代社會雖不容易施行，我們卻當秉持其精意，領受神的祝福；并且，有各樣重擔的我們，可以到耶穌基督這裏來，他必使我們得安息；將來我們也要與他同在，在他裏面得享永遠的安息。让我们嘗試每周分別出一天，充分休息，思想、感謝、信靠、敬拜神。有家庭的弟兄姐妹與家人深入交通，共度一天的時光。
