Today we are speaking to Adom who is currently the founder of the Palava a media publication based in Accra Ghana, but at the time I interviewed him he worked in marketing by day with numerous projects by night. I had fun talking to Adom as at the time of the interview he was a year ahead of me out of college, so I could relate to his experience. But through our conversation, I learned the importance of creating opportunities for yourself and the power of ambition.
