Erik, Erik has a BFA from the school of visual arts in New York city and lives currently in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
After 20 years, he left corporate America and jumped head first into real estate. Investing now managing his own multifamily apartment building. He's also a partner at Reno winery and resort. The third oldest winery in United state. And offers a private capital to his network of investors. Eric is on the board of South Jersey real estate investment association, as he has made an major impact on the nonprofit organization, through all of his volunteer work in various areas, Erik is passionate and loves to share, and his decades of experience in being a creative branding and marketing strategies and how it can apply to the creative and real estate investment industry.
