The heart of a man together with the belief systems that it generates is a man's truest foundation, for it is from this fountain that the man lives his life. Consequently, the church's greatest and most important work is upon the hearts of men, teaching men to turn from their selfish desires towards love for the Lord and the neighbour which is from heaven.  

The presence of the church in society is a restraining force against the hell that men generate by reason of their selfish inclinations and at the same time the means by which light from heaven can reach men on earth.  

In this message, the Lord shows us in a deeper way the church's role and responsibility in establishing the eternal will of God for man which subsequently restores what civilization in the earth ought to be.
