Success is a mindset. It's an internal attitude that influences our thoughts, actions, and emotions. People with a mind set up for success are positive and persistent. They have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn and profit from their mistakes. Most importantly, they are able to remain optimistic and believe in their dreams no matter how gigantic an obstacle may seem. It is therefore undeniable that having a positive mindset is essential to achieving any goal in life.
Chaz Springer El grew up in an environment filled with discrimination and violence. Realizing that this should not be the norm, Chaz rose up as the guy who would champion success and leave a legacy- a model for all those who can see him.
In this episode, Chaz relates the sad realities of living in the hood as he was growing up and how his experiences shaped him to become an agent of change.
