Life is busy which means we can feel like we are constantly spinning plates, waiting for one of them to crash to the ground. This episode of the podcast was inspired by a doodle that the brilliant Beta Mummy shared on Facebook earlier this week. Beta Mummy blogs and creates clever cartoon observations of parenthood and life in general. The work she creates is funny and incredibly relatable.
This week she shared a picture of Beta Mummy spinning all of the different plates in her life and we could see some of them coming crashing down to the ground. This reflects modern life in general but for working parents summer and Christmas are the two points in the year where the plate spinning seems to get even more out of control than normal.
In this episode I share some simple strategies to help you keep those plates under control and to help you do it with a smile on your face.
