2 Keys To Grow Any Businesses
Having consulted more than 500 businesses, I wanted to find out if there was a strategy that I could come up with that would be a one-fits-all solution to any type of business. This was a challenge that I set for myself and guess what, I did discover one! It’s what all the big companies like Tesla, Apple and Microsoft are doing. They evaluate their buyer's journey. Normally, they start from awareness, before ending up in retention or revenue but most successful businesses will know to include the final step - Referral. With that, you just need the two keys to grow any business. What are they, you may ask?
Increase the Conversion Rate
In every step, try to increase the conversion rate. From awareness to acquisition and from revenue to retention and finally to referral. You see, the more people that go through this buyer journey, the more people will end up on the last stage - referral. At this point, your word of mouth will spread like crazy. Ask anybody in the world, if they know what Apple is. No, it isn’t the fruit. It’s the brand. And they only know, because so many people are sharing about it and advocating for it.
Fill In Unlimited Traffic
From the top to the bottom of the funnel, people are likely to leave at every stage and lesser and lesser people go down the buyer journey to end up at referral. For maximum results, fill in the funnel with unlimited traffic.
How, you ask?
Personal Branding.
It’s like marketing, but for yourself and there are a few reasons why I encourage this over marketing your company. Let me ask you, why do people buy from Kim Kardashian? Anything she puts out, it gets sold out. It’s her personal branding. People want to buy it because it’s associated with her and anything she sells, they think that it would never be bad!
Imagine if people thought of you that way. Anything you put out, they believe in!
