021: Turning your impossible goal into POSSIBLE

Let be give you a little pep talk to get that booty moving and commit to the goal someone has talked you out of too many times. You are not NATURALLY good at anything but somehow you got really good at walking on your two feet. How? Practice and a whole lot of support.

There are THREE tips that will get you to achieve your goal.

1. Tune out the negative voices that talk you out of your goals every single time.

2. Be willing to make sacrifices. Know your why and have your skin in the game (buy your race ticket, invest in a course/training program, money is something you won't want to waste and throw to the curb).

3. Journal the process, it is the only way to remember just how far you have come! This will make it easier to identify when you hit a goal whether big or small and then you can celebrate the process! If you don't celebrate your wins, burnout is inevitable.
